Anna Fiejtek

Associate & BIM Manager

BSc DipArch

Anna joined Orms in 2011 after graduating from the Glasgow School of Art and qualified as an architect in 2014. She was a key team member delivering educational and refurbishment projects, including the BCO award-winning Stephen Street offices for Derwent, and The Pool and Fitness building for The American School in London. Her architectural background provides valuable design insight that informs her technical leadership, ensuring BIM implementation enhances rather than constrains creative design processes. In 2014, Anna became the BIM Manager, establishing digital workflows that balance efficiency with design quality. Her leadership has positioned Orms to effectively guide design teams in delivering BIM projects that offer greater value to our clients.

What does ultrapractical mean to you? Ultrapractical architecture means using technology to enhance design outcomes, reduce risk and deliver better value for clients, building users, managers, and the environment. As BIM Lead, I ensure Orms follows the latest standards across diverse projects. Through my role in the Technical Quality Team, I implement digital processes that enable exceptional delivery, as demonstrated in the Outernet London project. Working with the Sustainability Group, I integrate environmental principles into our digital workflow, empowering teams to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
