What does ultrapractical mean to you?

Being ultrapractical means delivering architecture that works seamlessly from concept through to occupation. My experience on refurbishment projects over the years has taught me that practical solutions emerge from understanding and navigating a range of constraints—including historic, regulatory and user requirements, amongst many others. At Orms, I'm excited to apply this hands-on approach to each individual brief, ensuring our designs are not just visually compelling but genuinely buildable, deliverable and responsive to how people will use spaces in the long term.
