What does ultrapractical mean to you?

Coming from a design background, I understand that good document control should be invisible—enabling creativity rather than constraining it. Being ultrapractical means building systems that are intuitive, training teams so they feel confident, and making sure information flows smoothly between architects, consultants and contractors. It's about anticipating what's needed at each project stage and removing friction from the process. When document control works well, it creates space for designers to focus on what matters: solving problems, collaborating effectively, and delivering buildings that respond thoughtfully to their context.
