Oliver Cowan

Oliver is an Architect who joined the team at Orms in August 2014 after studying at the Leicester School of Architecture.

Before joining Orms, Oliver gained experience in Cheshire working on a variety of projects within the leisure sector including new build schemes and the redevelopment of listed buildings.

While at Orms, Oliver has worked on 79-86 Chancery Lane and the recently completed transformation of No1 New Oxford St, a prominent landmark building from the art moderne period in London.

Currently, Oliver is a key member of the team working to deliver St Giles, a complex mixed-use scheme in London. Oliver’s focus is the new build and basement venue elements of the scheme and is leading the BIM Clash detection and co-ordination.

In addition to St Giles he is part of the detail design panel.
