What does ultrapractical mean to you? Ultrapractical human resources means creating systems that support both individuals and the collective practice. I work closely with architects and team members across Orms, providing responsive support tailored to their specific needs while collaborating with the studio manager to maintain efficient operations. My interest in architecture informs this approach—I regularly attend site visits to better understand project development processes, which helps me align HR practices with the realities of architectural work. This integrated perspective ensures our workplace structures enhance rather than hinder creative collaboration, fostering an environment where innovative design can flourish.
