Aidan joined Orms in 2025 from 3PM having worked as a senior project manager following a decade at Fletcher Priest Architects. He is a Project Associate with strong leadership skills across RIBA Stages 0–7, specialising in complex workplace projects and deep retrofit schemes.
Recent roles include working as a senior project manager and employers agent on the LSE’s Firoz Lalji Global Hub, a deep retrofit higher education project targeting Passivhaus, WELL and BREEAM. Prior to this Aidan was an associate architect working on the award winning commercial office scheme, Lucent W1 (WELL Gold, BREEAM Outstanding) and fast paced fit-out projects for a global bank's real estate improvement programme. He combines rigorous technical knowledge, a deep commercial understanding and extensive stakeholder engagement skills to deliver commercially robust, people‑centred projects.
