This mixed use scheme for a whole city block aims to create a first class modern office building of 12,000m² with retail frontage at ground level. This is knitted into the fabric of the conservation area while not compromising the quality of the new building. Properties to the south are converted to residential use in order to satisfy Westminster planning policies.

Ivan joined Orms in 2009 and is responsible for developing large commercial projects as well as developing concepts for building re-use in central London.
He is currently working on the delivery of a new 120,000ft² office building on Wigmore Street for GPE due for completion in May 2013. He is also developing concepts for the refurbishment of large commercial properties for future generation fit out.
